Commemorative Messages from Local Government Units in Mindanao

In recognition of the year 2026 as the Japan–Philippines Friendship Year (70th Anniversary of the Normalization of Diplomatic Relations), the Consulate-General of Japan in Davao invited local government units in Mindanao to submit commemorative messages.
