Consul General ONO hosts the National Day Reception

     On February 19, Consul General ONO hosted the National Day Reception to celebrate the birthday of His Majesty the Emperor of Japan at SMX Convention Center Davao. Over 250 guests joined the reception, and Hon. Rachel Zozobrado, Chairperson of the Committee on International Relations of the Davao City Council, delivered the message of Mayor Sebastian Z. Duterte. Ten booths were set up by Japanese companies and local government, further deepening exchanges between Japan and Mindanao.
     The “Handover Ceremony of the Traditional Musical Instruments of the Philippines from DepED to Hamamatsu-City” was also held as a pre-event.
