Consul General ISHIKAWA hosts New Year’s Reception

On January 18, Consul General ISHIKAWA hosted a New Year’s Reception in SMX Convention Center Davao. Around 100 Japanese residents in Mindanao attended the event. During the reception, Soba or buckwheat was served for guests.
