On June 19, Consul General ISHIKAWA visited Kitakyushu City, which is the first Japanese sister city of Davao City. He paid a courtesy call on Kitakyushu City Mayor Hon. TAKEUCHI Kazuhisa. They discussed Davao’s charms and possibilities.
Consul General ISHIKAWA also visited JICA Kyushu Center and Hiagari incineration plant which is one of the waste-to-energy plants in Kitakyushu City.
