Ambassador KOSHIKAWA visits Davao

On November 9 and 10, Ambassador KOSHIKAWA visited Davao.
On November 9, Ambassador KOSHIKAWA visited the project site of Davao City Bypass Construction Project, a loan aid project under Japan’s ODA, together with Consul General ISHIKAWA and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Philippines Office Chief Representative SAKAMOTO. Ambassador KOSHIKAWA also visited the auditorium of Mindanao Kokusai Daigaku (MKD) which was renovated with the Grant Assistance for Cultural Grassroots Projects of Japan through the Embassy of Japan in the Philippines.

On November 10, Ambassador KOSHIKAWA witnessed the signing ceremony of the Records of Discussion for the Comprehensive and Sustainable Urban Development Master Plan for Metropolitan Davao which was signed by JICA Philippines Office Chief Representative SAKAMOTO and NEDA Secretary Arsenio M. Balisacan. Consul General ISHIKAWA also attended the ceremony.
