Consul General Ishikawa calls on former Honorary Consul General Carlos B. Teraoka

     On September 21, Consul General and Madame Ishikawa visited Filipino-Japanese Foundation of Northern Luzon, Inc. in Baguio City, Benguet Province. Consul General Ishikawa met Mr. Carlos B. Teraoka, former President of Philippine Nikkeijin Kai Rengokai and former Honorary Consul General of Japan in Baguio. They discussed issues relating Japanese descendants and renewed their acquaintance of more than 30 years. Mrs. Editha Cabanisas, former Secretary General of the Foundation also joined the meeting.
