Consul General ISHIKAWA visits a Landfill Site

     On August 15, Consul General ISHIKAWA visited a landfill site in Barangay New Carmen, Davao City. Around 150 trucks come to the landfill to bring garbage from all over Davao City every day and it has already gotten full. After visiting the landfill, Consul General ISHIKAWA also visited the proposed site of the Davao City Waste-to-Energy Project, which is being conducted in collaboration with Kitakyushu City of Japan and Nippon Steel Engineering.
