Consul General Ishikawa attended the PNJK General Assembly and interviewed the Second Generation Nikkeijin

On May 14, Consul General Ishikawa attended the 43rd General Assembly of the Philippine Nikkei Jin Kai(PNJK) in Davao City. In his message, the Consul General reminded the more than 300 Nikkeijin gathered there that they are never alone since the Japanese Government is and will always be with them.
From the next day, May 15 to 17, the Consul General conducted interviews of the Second Generation Nikkeijin in order to support their attempt to acquire their Japanese nationalities, in Kidapawan City, North Cotabato, Santo Niño and Polomolok, South Cotabato, and Jose Abad Santos, Davao Occidental. the Consul General was also interviewed by NHK broadcasting station of Japan.
