Consul General Ishikawa participates in the 25th founding anniversary ceremony in IGACOS

　On March 7, Consul General Ishikawa participated in the ceremony for the 25th founding anniversary of the Island Garden City of Samal. Many audiences enjoyed civic parade and cultural dance performance in the event, and City Mayor Al David T. Uy emphasized an importance of a balance between further economic development and environmental protection in IGACOS, the only island city in the Philippines.
