Consul General Ishikawa’s meeting with former President Rodrigo Duterte

On February 21, Consul General Ishikawa called on H.E. Rodrigo R. Duterte, former President of the Republic of the Philippines and they exchanged views on how to strengthen bilateral relations between Japan and the Philippines, especially on the promotion of human exchanges.
