On January 31, Consul General Ishikawa paid courtesy call on Major General Roy M. GALIDO, Commander of the Western Mindanao Command, AFP in Zamboanga City. They discussed about the peace and order situation in Western Mindanao, Japan's support to the Mindanao Peace Process and possible development of the region in the future.
