Consul General Ishikawa attended 20th Philippine – Japan Festival

On October 5 and 6, in Philippine Nikkei jin Kai International School and Mindanao Kokusai Daigaku, Consul General Ishikawa attended the 20^th Philippine–Japan Festival.　On October 5, Consul General gave a lecture on “Mindanao-Japan Partnership” in the Public Lecture Series, and attended the Kick-off program on the next day. Many children, students，teachers and stakeholders joined the event which is the first festival in the schools since the pandemic occurred, the event was very exciting with lively dance performances.
