On April 27, Consul General Ishikawa paid a courtesy call on the Commander of the Eastern Mindanao Command LtGen. Greg T. Almerol. During the call, they discussed many topics including the Mindanao peace process, security situation in Mindanao, and business and investment environment in the region.
