Consul General Ishikawa’s Courtesy Visit to Mindanao Kokusai Daigaku

On April 13, 2022, Consul General Yoshihisa Ishikawa visited Mindanao Kokusai Daigaku (MKD) to pay a courtesy call on college President Dr. Ines Mallari and Judge Antonina Escovilla of Philippine Nikkei Jin Kai (PNJK). During his visit, they discussed the activities of MKD and PNJK respectively as well as exchanged opinions about the history of Japanese descendants, or Nikkeijin, in Davao and Mindanao.
